For your convenience we have provided the following forms.

Please bring a completed health form for every person who will be coming to camp with you.  This includes all students, teachers, and chaperones.

Directions to Camp

From the West on Interstate 80

  1. Take I-80 east to US 169 north
  2. Turn north on US 169 proceed to US 30 east
  3. Turn east on US 30 to four-way stop (Story Street) at Boone
  4. Turn north on Story Street, through Boone, approximately 3.5 miles to 22nd Street
  5. Turn west on 22nd Street.  In 1 mile, take the curve North to Nature Road
  6. Continue North on Nature Road approximately 2.5 miles.
  7. Turn left onto 166th Drive (gravel road)
  8. Stay on 166th Drive for 2.5 miles and you will arrive at Y Camp

From the South (West Des Moines/Kansas City)

  1. Take I-35 north to Des Moines
  2. Take Highway 141 north to Highway 17 at Granger
  3. Take Highway 17 north to US 30 exit
  4. Turn west on US 30 to four-way stop (Story Street) at Boone
  5. Turn north on Story Street, through Boone, approximately 3.5 miles to 22nd Street
  6. Turn west on 22nd Street. In 1 mile, take the curve north to Nature Road.
  7. Continue north on Nature Road approximately 2.5 miles
  8. Turn left onto 166th Drive (gravel road)
  9. Stay on 166th Drive for 2.5 miles and you will arrive at Y Camp

From the East on Interstate 80

  1. Take I-80 west to I-35 at Des Moines
  2. Take I-35 north to the US 30 exit at Ames
  3. Turn west on US 30 to four-way stop (Story Street) at Boone
  4. Turn north on Story Street, through Boone, approximately 3.5 miles to 22nd Street
  5. Turn west on 22nd Street. In 1 mile, take the curve North to Nature Road
  6. Continue North on Nature Road approximately 2.5 miles
  7. Turn left onto 166th Drive (gravel road)
  8. Stay on 166th Drive for 2.5 miles and you will arrive at Y Camp

From the North on Interstate 35

  1. Take Interstate 35 South to Hwy 30 exit at Ames
  2. Turn west on US 30 to four-way stop (Story Street) at Boone 
  3. Turn north on Story Street, through Boone, approximately 3.5 miles to 22nd Street
  4. Turn west on 22nd Street. In 1 mile, take the curve North to Nature Road
  5. Continue North on Nature Road approximately 2.5 miles
  6. Turn left onto 166th Drive (gravel road)

From the Northwest on Highway 20

  1. Take Hwy 20 East to Hwy 169
  2. Take Hwy 169 South to Hwy 30
  3. Turn east on US 30 to four-way stop (Story Street) at Boone
  4. Turn north on Story Street, through Boone, approximately 3.5 miles to 22nd Street
  5. Turn west on 22nd Street. In 1 mile, take the curve North to Nature Road
  6. Continue North on Nature Road approximately 2.5 miles
  7. Turn left onto 166th Drive (gravel road)
  8. Stay on 166th Drive for 2.5 miles and you will arrive at Y Camp
