Enjoy sunrise yoga, scenic hikes, mindfulness experiences, and creative activities designed to help you unwind. Reconnect with your inner child through classic camp activities like ziplining, canoeing, and archery before ending the day with campfires, s'mores and game nights!

Whether you're looking to unwind, try something new, or simply enjoy time by the river with friends, this retreat is for you.

Join us October 16th through October 18th and come down to the River for some R&R as you Reconnect and Recharge at Y Camp this Fall!

Pricing: $150 per camper

Registration for this retreat includes accommodations, housing, meals and activities. Additional activities will be offered and charged at the time of participation.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks before the retreat start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after this deadline. Please submit your request to Rylee Rash at rylee.rash@dmymca.org

What will we do!?
Activities and Programs

Activities available during R&R may include ropes course elements, canoes, archery, climbing, crafts, birding, yoga, trivia, game night, and more!

Join us in the craft lodge for bracelet making, crochet, knitting, embroidery, scrapbooking and more! Want to connect with a new community!? Jump into game night and puzzles before chatting around the campfire or join us for a sunset picnic on the preserve! If you're looking for some adventure the rockwall and zipline are calling your name!

At check-in campers will receive a schedule and program guide for the duration of the retreat including times and locations of activities. 

Where will we stay!?
Lodging and Facilities

All Cabins: All cabins are equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay, but you will need to provide your own bedding. All 400 acres of the Y Camp grounds are open to you during your stay. 

Cabin Styles: Cabins are generally bunk-house style and are categorized into Modern and Rustic style cabins, see facility photos here. Rustic style cabins do not have an in-cabin restroom and campers utilize the KYBOs (shower house). Modern style cabins do have an in-cabin restroom. 

Registering: During registration you will have the option to select a modern or rustic cabin style, top or bottom bunk, or no preference. This helps us to ensure you have the most comfortable stay with us. The cost is no different based on your preference. 

Attending with Friends?: Cabins will be assigned by gender unless otherwise noted. If you are attending with friends or family and wish to be placed in a cabin with them, please fill out the Cabin Mate Request during registration. You will also need to decide as a group, which style cabin you would like. Please be aware that if your answer does not match with others in your group, you may be placed in different cabins.
