Rylee Rash (Starting in January 2026)

Rylee’s Y Camp journey began as a child through year-round family campouts, Day Camp and the Leadership Development Program. She joined staff in 2021 as a Cabin Leader, later stepped into a Cimber Coordinator role and was eventually promoted to Seasonal Day Camp Program Manager, returning to lead the program that first inspired her love for camp.

Over her three summers in that role (2023-2025), Rylee played a key part in leading, strengthening and helping the program grow significantly. All the while, she was pursuing her degree at the University of Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Learning Innovation. 

Rylee joined the Full Time team as the Day Camp Program Director in 2026 and now resides in Boone. She is excited to continue her work growing and developing day camp in the summers to come.
